dark_slippy_thingValentine wasn't particularly stoked about the dance tonight. He had done the party thing on Wednesday, and today he was plotting a school takeover with masks. He was, after all, a member of the P.R.A.T.S, and Hades had seemed rather grudgingly accepting of his suggestion yesterday at the meeting.
Unfortunately, suggesting was far simpler than the actual execution of such plans, and the best that Valentine could think of to make people actually take part in such a plan was systematically breaking into everyone's rooms and gluing said masks to their faces in their sleep.
Not the greatest notion that Valentine has ever had.
As his puzzling shifted from how to get the students to wear the masks to the topic of where in the world they were going to get so many masks from, Valentine peeled off a pair of his own, one smirking and the other scowling, and had another conversation, essentially with himself.
"I certainly can't be expected to provide them all," he said, then held up the scowling mask.
"You must. It was your stupid idea to begin with."
"Thanks. Fantastic vote of confidence there."
"I think it's a good idea. Will there be fish involved?" The smirking mask was being waved about now.
"Fish masks? Now there's a notion..."
"You're both idiots. Who out there will wear a fish? I hate it."
"Don't be so hard on my theoretical fish masks."
"You should just make everyone wear squares on their faces. Then the whole school can be full of blockheads like you."
Valentine resisted the temptation to throw the scowling mask on the floor and stomp on it.
He'd figure something out.
