Not that I'm the sort to just randomly make icons for people out of their entries now and again and leave the images in character voicemails or anything, really.
But on the off chance that I was such a person, perhaps you might want to dig up that Zero ref anyhow, trust that there's already a scheme in place to make it work, and enjoy your new icons.

Er. She's the short one. For facial recognition purposes (note the safety pin in her ear!), I used the bog standard icon, with no 'shopped haircolor.
